Re-emerging, change, and awakening

In the waves of change we find our true direction.

Have you been swept up with the tide, or gotten caught in a rip?

Or have you arrived at the shore, shiny and new, albeit a little rattled?

What a ride 2020 has been. If it hadn't been destructive enough so far, we are now watching civil unrest unfold (again, the destruction operator playing out - see my previous letter 'creation, maintenance, destruction' if you would like a little more insight into this) just as we thought we had seen enough for 2020.

If it hasn't crossed your mind between bushfires and #blacklivesmatter (don't worry, I haven't used this hashtag online as I know it detracts from important information over black squares), we are in an age of awakening (within a larger age of destruction). In fact, according to Vedic philosophy, this started in the 1970s.

Nature has been knocking on our door. Nature is forever organising itself around us in order for us to have the very best experience of LIFE. Nature is always trying to put us back on the path - like when you watch a toddler toddle off towards the road (danger), and you quickly gather them up and place them back on the footpath. That's what nature is doing...ALL.THE.TIME. Attempting to keep us clear of danger.

When I say 'nature', I mean life's natural intelligence...the same one that resides within us.

While current affairs are still burning strongly, we are starting to re-emerge from the times of isolation due to that which doesn't need to be spoken.

How are you feeling?

When I speak to fellow meditators and teachers, and my students who are practicing daily, I can see and feel their stability shine through and in many of them, exciting new plans and directions coming into fruition. That could even be a new direction and appreciation for finally feeling and accepting that they are infinitely powerful beings. We've recovered quickly from the uncertainty and swift changes.

The world as we've known it has changed. It's exciting, and if you don't see it as being so I urge you to dig deeper as to why.

Change offers an incredible gift to everyone.

Self-awareness lays the foundation for the gifts of change to be revealed, and received.

Natasha
