Meet Natasha.

Guiding you to a place of self-compassion, flow, and a love for living life.

Natasha Mason is a mother, passionate meditator, educator, healer and creator.

Natasha loves nothing more than seeing a flame being ignited within another. One that fuels passion, purpose and above all, self-compassion.

It is Natasha’s mission to enable others to have this direct experience in their own day-to-day life after her own consistent twice-daily meditation practice revealed this for herself.

A moment of intuition led Natasha to realising that by becoming a Meditation Teacher, she could help others experience this feeling by implementing a simple ‘being’ meditation technique to their day. Feelings of empowerment, stable and pure self-awareness, hope over fear, and despite the colourful smorgasbord that is life, a baseline feeling of happiness.

Alongside her role as a Vedic Meditation Teacher, Natasha is an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, a Reiki healer, and has completed Mental Health First Aid training with Mental Health First Aid Australia. Over the past 12 years, she has also been the Director of Nourish Melbourne, connecting individuals to wellbeing practitioners and products, as well as hosting a range of wellbeing events to over 3,000 guests. Natasha is the host of the Agents of Wellness Podcast.

Natasha also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Deakin University majoring in Nutrition, Sport Science and Health Promotion, and has studied with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

While staying devoted to her own wellbeing, Natasha spends her days flowing between being a Mum, a wife, a business owner, a teacher, a mentor, a coach and an avid observer of Mother Nature and her gifts. Natasha lives in Bayside Melbourne (Victoria, Australia) with her husband and two children.
