Today's body, is a result of yesterdays thoughts…

The constant sore hip, shoulder, knee...(insert your sore body part). The constant fatigue. The constant feelings of anger, depression, anxiety. The constant fear and self-doubt. I have no doubt in saying that each and everyone of you reading this have experienced one or all of the above, for lengthy periods, and that you're very likely to have gone to the Dr, physio, osteo, etc over and over and over again to seek relief.

Some things are dealt with. Others keep returning, just for fun!

The simplest way to say it, is that what the mind thinks, the body prints. And this one is important to know: we all have a queue of printing. Yes, that's right...that's our old friend karma right there. For some the queue is long, and getting longer. For others it's short and won't take much time to complete. The difference is will you begin to print it now, slowly, steadily, and with full accepting awareness, or wait to print it all at once when something destructive happens causing you to sit up and listen?

Every single meditation we do works to clear the printing queue. The printing happens, yes, but the printer is in better condition to cope with the load - fully serviced, and full of ink. Each time you sit down for a 20-min meditation, not only are we clearing the gunk from this life and the ones past, but we are energising our physical body and infusing our awareness with the knowingness that what we're doing is the most needed and required action for our world at this point in time. We clarity of the phone calls our body is making sharpens, leaving us more empowered in knowing what we need to thrive - through the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. 

Your body holds all the wisdom you need to heal. Don't ghost those calls.
